Questions
- What counts as a reply?
- Each answer the budtender sends a shopper. Replies at the default model count as one; if you pick a faster model in Settings, each reply uses less of your allowance.
- What is a location?
- One store with its own menu. A delivery service with its own Jane store counts as a location too. You can change the number of locations any time.
- What happens when I run out of replies?
- The widget stops answering until your next billing date or until you add a reply pack. We email you before it happens.
- Which menus work?
- Jane storefronts today: product search, live stock checks and specials. Other menu platforms are on the way.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Billing. Your widget keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
